I’ve never been a big gym fan and spent years after having my girls trying to get my pre-baby body back doing home workouts with little results over a long time. Joining Gymcats was the best decision I’ve made.

I have been working with Charlotte since Oct 2019 and I’ve already seen drastic changes not only in my body but in my mind. Even through a worldwide epidemic, we continue to meet online twice a week through virtual sessions which has been a massive positive for my mental health during this trying time.

Been training with Jamie for some time now, he’s friendly and welcoming all the time. Charlotte and Jamie have created a fantastic environment with excellent equipment and it really feels like a gym.
