Personal Training

As Personal Trainers we need to understand your specific goals for training, as well as any injuries, sporting and medical history.

That's why we chat about this over coffee before committing to anything, so we both have the opportunity to get to know each other and ultimately feel comfortable in each other's company. Once we have decided to get training, the first session is spent on assessing your range of movement to help us tailor your future sessions around your specific needs, which will be aligned with your own individual goals. This helps us to understand what we should be working on which will be aligned with your own individual goals.

We both have our own skill sets so we have a broad range of specialisms to draw on and devise the right workout for you and your body. This will include a mixture of strength and conditioning, plyometrics, mobility and stability training, boxing, stick mobility and bodyweight training alongside recovery and regeneration. We are also more than happy to provide advice and support with nutrition and diet.

Our approach is to suggest and encourage making small tweaks and changes to your regular routine so they can be easily adopted to create a manageable, sustainable and balanced lifestyle.

£60 per hour

Monthly Payment - 1 session/week (based on a 52 week year) £195 paid every month on the same date (minimum 3 month requirement)

10 one-hour sessions for £540 - To be used in a 12 week period
